Lakshmanan stated that around “60% to 70% of the revenue for Imdaad came from IFM business”. He said: “The IFM market will grow. Imdaad self-delivers 80% of the services so we are in the process of having 100% self-delivery in every type of service. Every FM organisation has to improve a lot but most FM companies are going in the IFM direction.” However, Chida was of the opinion that the IFM market is stagnating.
