AN ITP MEDIA GROUP PUBLICATION DECEMBER 2025 • VOL. 20, ISSUE 12 THE LEADERSHIP EDITION Alex Davies, Markus Oberlin, and Jamal Lootah are turning vision into action FM_Dec2025_00_Cover_13778887.indd 128/11/2025 12:13SOLAR PANEL WATER TANK 300 Litre 200 Litre Eco-friendly Energy-saving Overheat Protection Renewable Energy Electric Heating Option Durable design Effective warranty support 1 568 23 Residential & Commercial use 7 4 Main features Untitled-11 127/11/2025 20:58www.fm-middleeast.com EDITOR’S LETTER December 2025 3 A STRONG FINISH If you’ve worked in the industry long enough, you know how rare it is to see the region’s top decision-makers in the same room, let alone lined up shoulder to shoulder. Yet there they were! For our December cover, we brought together some of the industry’s most infl uential names, all in one frame, calm, relaxed and genuinely good sports through the shoot. Watching them together reminded me of something we often forget: competition might defi ne the market, but camaraderie defi nes the people who run it. A rare sight, but a meaningful one. Our main feature, Power 50 2025, is our annual look at the companies that kept the Middle East’s built environment running. The list blends data, industry insight and, inevitably, a bit of debate. We reviewed detailed submissions, cross-referenced public information and included key players who didn’t participate but remain pivotal to the market. Whether a company ranks fi rst or fi ftieth, appearing here speaks to its infl uence in one of the region’s most active sectors. We also sit down with Jamal Lootah, Group CEO of Cleanco Group and President and Founder of MEFMA. His message is clear: the future belongs to companies that combine technology, growth and people-focused leadership. Further in the issue, the Top FM Suppliers List recognises the partners powering the industry behind the scenes. They are the specialists whose solutions keep operations smooth, safe and future-ready. And, fi nally, for a bit of refl ection, we’ve rounded up some of the most powerful quotes from our pages this year in ‘2025 in Quotes’ on the last page. It’s a strong end to the year and a solid snapshot of where FM is headed next. Enjoy the issue. Happy Holidays!
