Al Mutawa has been with Ducab since 2015 and most recently served as CEO of Ducab Cable Business. He succeeds Andrew Shaw as group CEO, who has led Ducab Group for the past 13 years and will now take up the role of Board Advisor for the company. Ducab’s first Emirati group CEO appointment is the result of a carefully planned succession strategy in line with Ducab’s UAE National development programme. Currently, UAE nationals hold approximately two-thirds of the senior management positions within Ducab Group. The Etisalat Smart Monitoring Service consists of four bundles of existing Ring devices and services. Each bundle is built around a premium Ring doorbell or security camera and includes a Ring Protect Lifetime Basic Plan along with a three- year limited warranty. The Etisalat Home Monitoring Service is available for both indoors and outdoors, and customers are offered a choice of Ring devices depending on the coverage area. Four Ring devices are eligible for the service: Ring Video Doorbell, Ring Stick Up Cam Elite, Ring Stick Up Cam Battery and Ring Indoor Cam Plug-In. TRAINING Emerson launched its first Middle East and Africa (MEA) Education Center for measurement instrumentation, located in its Dubai headquarters. The center enables Emerson to provide customers with an immersive, hands-on learning environment in field instrumentation, analyzer, and metering technologies. The center provides solutions that help customers upskill their process automation engineering and maintenance workforce through an innovative training approach based on their specific needs. Definitely, the most recent of them is the housekeeping and waste management contract for Hamad Medical Corporation, not only because of the importance and magnitude of it, but because of the challenge that has been in the mobilization of more than 2,500 employees during Covid-19 pandemic. 2.05 0.00 Where do you see the FM industry in 5 years? In the next 5 years the FM market will be more relevant since the whole contracting industry is shifting into maintaining the facilities that have been build.
