We have been enjoying a busy summer after the launch of several great new routes, not least of which is Bali that has proven to be very popular with our guests. We had a spectacular launch and I am delighted that we are fl ying there four times a week, and I hope we can increase that to daily fl ights as soon as we can. Talking of frequency, I am pleased to report that we have seen a lot of success on our fl ights to Boston, USA, which began in April. Thanks to that success, we are boosting the frequency up to a daily fl ight from October 2024. Additionally, we are putting our A350 aircraft on our popular Toronto route, featuring our luxury, state-of- the art interior. We are very proud of our heritage at Etihad, and as we celebrate our 20th anniversary throughout this year, we unveiled a very special new livery this summer to recognise the milestone. It features line art celebrating the essence of the airline’s home. The design has been applied to one of the A321neo aircraft that has just joined our fl eet, artfully showcasing iconic landmarks across Abu Dhabi. It refl ects the journey we have been on, and it also sets the tone for our future as we give fl ight to our ambition to be the airline that everyone wants to fl y. On the theme of ambition, it is August meaning the football season in Europe and elsewhere has kicked off again. I am delighted that we are sponsoring Spanish La Liga’s Girona FC, which unveiled its new 24/25 kit with our logo resplendent on the front. You can read more about the partnership in this edition. So, let me wish you happy travels and hope you are enjoying the summer holiday season. Whatever your reason for flying, we are glad you chose Etihad and a sincere thank you to all the dedicated teams, both in the air and on the ground, who look after you every step of the way. Our mission is to deliver to you an extraordinary flight experience. Antonoaldo Neves Chief Executive Offi cer A321neo with the 20th anniversary livery.
